When I thought about going to university for the first time, thoughts of fear, isolation and anxiety swirled through my head. Yet after my first week, not only do I feel much more comfortable, but as although I can finally see a leading pathway in my life which I had never experienced before. As I slowly sink into my Journalism course and get used to teammates on the rugby team, my confidence will slowly, but surely, blossom into a successful journalism student and hopefully a successful journalist. The campus is relatively easy to follow, as is Microsoft teams (despite the initial technological difficulties), which I will only get more used to in due time. Overall, from my first week, I feel comfortable in where I am, and eager to push myself to do more.
